WWE SummerSlam Night 1 Grades

The first night of WWE's two-night SummerSlam delivered a seismic shift in the main event scene. After CM Punk finally dethroned Gunther to win the World Heavyweight Championship, Seth Rollins made his shocking return from what many believed was an injury and cashed in Money in the Bank. In the tag team division, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss ended the reign of Judgement Day's team of Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez to become the new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The win marks Flair's first title run since returning from injury at the Royal Rumble.

Also, Roman Reigns and Jey Uso reunited to defeat Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, which unfortunately led to what looks to be an injury to Breakker. Tiffany Stratton retained her WWE Women's Championship with a win over Jade Cargill, and Sami Zayn scored a statement victory over Karrion Kross.
