The tag team of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory has quietly come to an end. Waller dropped the news during a backstage segment with The New Day on the July 21st episode of WWE RAW. As for Theory, he was nowhere to be found during the segment.
Where is Austin Theory?
While WWE has yet to release an official statement regarding Austin Theory's injury, Grayson Waller confirmed it on-air, telling The New Day that "A-Town Down Under was no more" due to Theory getting injured.
Waller's announcement marks a sudden end to A-Town Down Under's run, with their final tag match taking place back in June during an episode of WWE Main Event.
What happened to Austin Theory?
Once viewed as a future cornerstone of WWE, Austin Theory's momentum has slowed noticeably since the shift from Vince McMahon's leadership to Triple H's creative direction.
The 27-year-old Atlanta native made history by becoming the youngest Money in the Bank winner in 2022 and even defended the United States Championship against John Cena at WrestleMania 39. But with his recent injury, many fans wonder, What's next for Austin Theory?
